SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, time of purchase and availability of items.

At the time of processing your purchase, will be shown the shipping methods available , the cost and the date of delivery of the order.
The shipping and delivery terms cannot be considered binding and Mode s.r.l. cannot be held in any way responsible for their failure to comply.

The customer who is at the address indicated for the delivery of the products is required to verify at the time of delivery that the products correspond to what is indicated in the transport document of the courier both by number and by type and the packaging of the products is intact, not damaged, wet or alternated even in the closing materials.

Claims for damaged or stolen shipments must be communicated to the freight forwarder prior to acceptance of the goods by the customer.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

The customer "consumer" (natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to the business, commercial, craft or professional eventually carried out) can exercise the right of withdrawal within thirty (30 ) days from the date of receipt of the products in compliance with the terms and conditions below.

The customer can make a return request by sending an email to customercare@mode.srl - pledging to return the goods within fourteen ( 14 ) working days from the date of notice of withdrawal and must indicate :

- Name
- Order number
- Reason for return

All costs related to the return of the products are entirely charged to the customer.


The products must be returned intact , undamaged and provided with any tags and any seals that are part of the products ; products that are returned incomplete , damaged , damaged, deteriorated or dirty will not be refunded.


If customers exercise their right of withdrawal in a manner not in accordance with the methods and terms indicated, they are not entitled to a refund of the price.


Mode s.r.l. will refund the price as soon as possible to the same means of payment used by the customer to purchase the returned products.

For legal reasons, Mode s.r.l. cannot make a refund on a credit card other than the one used for the purchase, except if the credit card itself has expired in the meantime : in this case, the customer may send an email to customercare@mode.srl to agree on the most appropriate means of reimbursement.


As an alternative to exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer can opt for a "product change" in the manner and terms specified by Mode s.r.l.

 
In the event that the product should arrive defective, the customer will notify the situation at customercare@mode.srl and will have the right to restore , without charge, the conformity of the product by repair/ replacement or termination of the contract.
